The recipes were created with a budget of $40-60 a week. Which is less than the national average of most Americans daily lunch budget of $12 to $15.
With a little creativity, I was able to create meals that were delicious, inexpensive, easy to prepare, minimum kitchen equipment, and ready under 30 minutes.
